Application Support Engineer

This person needs to be able to work independently using their initiative to resolve issues, and also needs to work well within a small team. The ideal candidate must have a good work ethic, be mobile and flexible as fulfilling our customers needs sometimes involves travelling and working out with normal hours in order to respond to their pressures and demands. The ideal candidate should have a degree in computer science. The successful candidate will be required to work with other team members to gain a resolution to customer issues, including programming support if required. Your responsibilities will include dealing with customer issues, diagnosing the fault, resolving the issue or developing a work-around to ensure the customer can return to normal operations as soon as possible.

Software Development Engineer

Mosaic Software Ltd. develops software for the Financial, Insurance and Banking sectors as well as the Retail Distribution sector. We develop our software using C#, ASP.Net and SQL Server. The successful applicant must be able to work independently using their initiative to resolve issues, be able to work well within a small team and possess good customer communication skills. Applicants should have a good upper class honours degree in computing and preferably experience in C#, SQL, DotNet Framework and Visual Studio Development Environment.

Salaries are negotiable according to experience, private health care is provided.
