Sales of our market leading Bacs and Direct Debit Software products are increasing. There are presently two job vacancies within the Mosaic Software at this time. In order to support and continue to develop our range of products in the areas of Bacs Software and Direct Debit Software, Mosaic Software are currently looking for applications from skilled IT professionals. As a small team we require individuals who can work independently, solving problems using their own initiative as well as working well within a small group.

Sales and Marketing Professional

Sales are particularly stong for our Direct Debit Management Software, Mandate. We are enthusiastic to capitlise on our growing success with this unique software product by expanding our sales team. We are seeking to employ a sales and marketing professional with a proven track record in software sales. The Bacs Software and Direct Debit Software market is particularly niche so a sales professional with experience in these markets would be attractive to us. In addition with the fast approaching implementation by HMRC of the new RTI (Real Time Information) scheme we are keen to make an early start in mainaining and developing contacts with payroll software developers, Bacs Payroll Bureau and all companies handling thier own payrolls.

Some of the key skills we require
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good experience in computer software sales
  • Knowledge of the Bacs market with particular knowledge of the requirements of Direct Debit users
  • A good technical background, in particular windows applications, networks, web based applications. We even supply a programmers interface (API) so the ability to communicate with technical users.
  • Above all we require someone with energy and enthusiasim reach the market.

Senior Support Engineer

With the large and ever growing number of support contracts for our Bacs Software and Direct Debit Software we have a requirement to engage a support engineer for our help desk. Much of our support is provided over the telephone and via the internet using tools such as Webex. Excellent communications skills, as well as a personable and friendly manner with customers, is a prerequisite.

Our Direct Debit Software and Bacs Software continue to evolve and develop to meet the needs of our customer base. As well as development of existing products we provide custom software development for customers. We reqire a skilled C# programmer who can be innovative and creative.
