Direct Debit Software - Indemnity Claim Automation (DDICA)
Starting in October, Bacs are automating the Direct Debit Indemnity Claims procedure. This means you will start to receive claims as a downloaded report in the same way you currently receive ADDACS and ARRUD reports.
The indemnity claim is the last paper based report and once automation is complete, April 2011, there will be no further paper based reports.
Mosaic Software are in the process of analysing what users may require from this new downloaded report. In the same way that Mandate automates the handling of the ADDACS reports we will be introducing automatic handling of the DDICA report. We are inviting mandate users to make comments on what automation should be built into Mandate.
