Direct Debit Software
Direct Debit Software simplifies the sometimes complex task of management and collection of direct debits. Mosaic Software's Mandate is designed to manage the collection of your direct debits effectively. A variety of versions are available to meet your specific needs. Mandate can be purchased as a Windows client application, as a web system for those with large numbers of users or as a hosted service running on our servers. There is also a programmers API for those who require to design it into applications or websites. It is fast, efficient and fully integrates BacscomIP (BACS Approved Software).
Mandate enables you to create and maintain databases of customer details including name and address, bank details and collection schedule. It automatically generates a BACS file and interfaces seamlessly with BacscomIP to transmit the payment files.
Entering a payment sequence based on the direct debit instruction is a very simple but flexible process. The payment sequence is defined by entering a set of rules e.g. collect 10 monthly payments of £100 commencing on 1st Aug. Many rules can be attached to a payment sequence to allow for complex schedules and irregular payments.
Bank sort code and account validation takes place when the data is entered using the Industry Sort Code Directory (ISCD) and Modulus Checking. The automatic Update Manager ensures that the latest ISCD, Modulus Checking information and Bank Holiday List is downloaded.
Mandate uses Microsoft SQL Server as its database providing a scalable approach to managing your Direct Debits.
