BankCheck
BankCheck web-service provides functions to perform validation of sort codes and bank account numbers. To keep the method calls tidy, the service makes use of SoapHeaders for authentication. Set up your SoapHeader with your CustomerId and Password provided at the time of purchase of your licence.

GetBank
The method 'GetBank' will return the name and address details of a bank held in the the ISCD. Returns a type Bank from a sort code. See Bank for details of the fields. scValue is a 6 character sortcode string. e.g. 804050 -
GetBankIP
Same as GetBank - accepts an IP (used for the website demo to count clicks) -
Hello
This method is included as a starting point when you develop your interface to the API. It is useful for testing purposes. It returns the string 'Hello World.'. Note that no authentication is required for this call. -
HelloWithParam

IsBankHoliday
Checks a dtValue against the Bank Holiday list and returns a true or false if the date is a bank holiday. -
ModulusCheck
Performs a ModulusCheck on the sortcode and bank account number. The method returns a boolean true the check is a success, otherwise a false. -
ModulusCheckBatch
Performs a ModulusCheck on a batch of sortcodes and bank account numbers. -
ModulusCheckIP
Same as ModulusCheck - accepts an IP (used for the website demo to count clicks) -
ModulusCheckX
Performs a ModulusCheck on the sortcode and bank account number. The method returns a boolean true the check is a success, otherwise a false. the refValue is not tested in any way but is logged for later download. -
ValidateSortcode
Validates a sort code and returns a true or false depending on whether the sortcode exists in the ISCD directory. Sortcodes although always numeric are passed in as a string to ensure no loss of leading zeros. A sortcode is always 6 numerics. e.g. 804050
