From the smallest to the largest organisations, Bacscom allows you to send any Direct Credits and Direct Debits to Bacs using input files generated by any existing accounts systems. BacscomIP is simple to use, modulus checks account details on input, and is available as either a Cloud or Desktop solution.

BacscomIP Bureau allows you to submit any required payment or collections files on behalf of your own clients. With the same simplicity as BacscomIP, BacscomIP Bureau has no limitations on number of files submitted at once, and allows input of any fixed text or delimited file.

Allowing a more in depth management of Direct Debits, including setting up accounts, setting up payment schedules, generating any required notice letters, and handling returned Bacs reports, Mandate Express also has BacscomIP built in for transmission to Bacs. An API is also available to integrate with your own website or software.

FileMaker allows you to take any fixed text or delimited format and generate it into a number of different formats that are required by banks. Common formats include HSBCnet and Bacs Standard 18. FileMaker was designed with simplicity in mind, so output files are generated with just a few clicks.

Available as an API or an application on your PC, BankCheck allows you to validate bank details at the point of entry. Using the most up to date ISCD, you can be sure that BankCheck has the latest sortcodes so that even the newest bank accounts will show as valid. Modulus checking is a requirement for the collection of Direct Debits.

PostcodeIT is an API that allows you to build address lookup into your websites and applications. From the customers perspective, you simply enter a postcode and select your address, meaning you can be sure addresses are correct from point of entry.
